چکیده

The paper using sugarcane pith as a raw material, the feasibility of aluminum hydroxide Lewis acid combined with microwave conditions to be used resource was investigated.Under combination stellate and microwave, 5-hydroxymethyl furfural (5-HMF) in 0.9% liquid phase product can detected, its low yield is worthy further improvement. Economic analysis shows that added value 5-HMF produced by high about 30,000 yuan per ton, prospect utilization huge. Use oxalic hydrolyze remaining cellulose hemicellulose after prepared from glucose, which food related products. It has very important application industry. In this paper, cane converted under reaction conditions, then residue hydrolyzed produce provides theoretical basis technical support for research on high-value sugar future.

Comparative study on chemical pretreatment (acid and ozone) methods for improving enzymatic digestibility of sugar cane bagasse

Sugarcane bagasse contains cellulose, lignin and hemicellulose, 39-42%, 20-25% and 25-27% respectively. So it is can be used as a sugar source in many processes. Lignin and hemicellulose must be removed before hydrolysis of cellulose. Several different pretreatment approaches have been studied. The purpose of this research is comparison of acid, ozone and combination of ozone-acid as pretreatme...

Hydrolysis of Cellulose and Hemicellulose

Cellulosic biomass includes agricultural (e.g., corn stover and sugarcane bagasse) and forestry (e.g., sawdust, thinnings, andmill wastes) residues, portions ofmunicipal solid waste (e.g., waste paper), and herbaceous (e.g., switchgrass) and woody (e.g., poplar trees) crops. Such materials are abundant and competitive in price with petroleum, and cellulosic biomass can provide a sustainable res...
